How much does a business website cost?
The short answer
At MakeMorrow, a business website starts at € 995 as a one-off project, including VAT. The packages are Onepager: € 995, Groei: € 1,595, Pro: € 2,495. Alternatively, a website subscription starts at € 79 per month including VAT, with hosting and maintenance and a minimum term of 12 months. These are different purchasing models with different ownership terms.
What is included in each website package?
Start with what visitors need to do: understand your service, see your work or send an enquiry. A single service can fit on one page. Several services often need separate pages so visitors can find a relevant answer without searching through a long homepage.
Every package includes custom design, mobile optimisation and SEO foundations. Groei adds technical SEO and room for several core pages. Pro adds a landing page system and bilingual content. Agree the exact pages, content and features in the proposal before work starts.
| Package | One-off price | Scope |
|---|---|---|
| Onepager | € 995 | One-page website |
| Groei | € 1,595 | Up to 5 core pages |
| Pro | € 2,495 | Up to 10 pages; Dutch and English |
Which choices affect the price?
The page count is only part of the work. An extra page that follows an existing layout differs from a custom booking flow or a connection to another system. Discuss those requirements before comparing quotes.
- Structure: one offer or several services and audiences.
- Content: who supplies and approves copy, photography and translations.
- Functionality: a contact form, booking process or external integration.
- Design: existing brand assets or additional visual work.
- Delivery: available materials, revision rounds and launch planning.
One-off payment or a website subscription?
A one-off project covers the agreed build. It does not automatically include ongoing hosting, maintenance or monthly changes. MakeMorrow subscriptions cost Onepager: € 79, Groei: € 129, Pro: € 179 per month, including VAT, and combine the website with hosting, SSL, backups and technical care.
Over the minimum 12 months, the Onepager subscription fees total € 948 including VAT, before separately agreed extras. Payments continue while the subscription runs. The website remains MakeMorrow’s property during the subscription. Buying it out costs the one-off price of the same package; previous subscription payments do not replace that purchase price.
After the minimum term, the subscription is cancellable monthly. If you cancel without buying out the website, it goes offline. Compare the included work and ownership conditions alongside the initial amount.
Which costs come after launch?
Allow for a domain, hosting, maintenance and any paid external services. Domain registration and business email can be arranged separately; do not assume that they are included in every quote. Additional content or campaigns are also separate work unless expressly agreed.
A website needs accurate information after launch. Decide who will update prices, services and contact details, and what support is available when a form or integration stops working.
What should you send for a useful quote?
Share your business, audience, required pages, desired functionality and available copy and imagery. Add a preferred launch date and examples that explain the style you like. This makes it possible to discuss a realistic scope.
Ask the provider to confirm the deliverables, revision rounds, payment milestones, ownership and ongoing costs. For an example of a business website with separate service pages, explore the GD IT-Consultancy case.
