Maintenance & subscriptions

What does website maintenance cost per month?

The short answer

Website maintenance costs depend on the technology, required support and changes. MakeMorrow offers complete website subscriptions at Onepager: € 79, Groei: € 129, Pro: € 179 per month, including VAT. These include the website itself, hosting and maintenance; they are not standalone maintenance prices for an existing website. Existing websites are assessed individually.

What does website maintenance cover?

Hosting keeps a website available. Maintenance concerns the software and its continued operation. Content updates change what visitors read or see. A useful agreement explains which of these tasks is included, who carries them out and what happens when extra work is needed.

  • Technical updates and checking relevant dependencies.
  • Backups and agreements about recovery.
  • Checking important functions, such as forms and integrations.
  • Handling support requests within the agreed scope.
  • Changing content within the available monthly hours.

What do MakeMorrow subscriptions include?

Each subscription combines the website with hosting, SSL, backups, updates and technical care. It also includes a fixed amount of time for changes such as copy, images, opening hours or a simple section. The exact website features differ by tier.

PackagePer monthIncluded changes
Onepager€ 791 hour per month
Groei€ 1292 hours per month
Pro€ 1793 hours per month

What falls outside the monthly hours?

Unused hours do not carry forward to the next month. New pages, new features and redesigns fall outside the included changes. Additional work is agreed in advance at € 90 per hour including VAT.

Domain registration and business email can be arranged separately. Paid third-party tools or integrations may have their own subscriptions. Ask which invoices you will receive directly and which costs are included in the agreement.

How do the term and ownership work?

The minimum term is 12 months; after that, the subscription is cancellable monthly. The website remains MakeMorrow’s property during the subscription. A buy-out is available at the one-off price of the same package.

Cancellation without a buy-out takes the website offline at the end of the applicable subscription period. Discuss continuity and handover before switching. Your domain remains yours.

What if you already have a website?

We first assess the platform, current hosting, required access and existing connections. That determines whether taking over the site is practical or a new version would be more suitable. The advertised full website subscriptions do not automatically establish a maintenance-only price for an existing site.

Before choosing support, list the functions your business relies on and how often content changes. Confirm the scope, included hours, contact arrangements and extra-work rates. Any specific response-time or availability commitment needs to be agreed explicitly.

Frequently asked questions

Is hosting the same as maintenance?

No. Hosting makes the website available, while maintenance concerns software and operation. MakeMorrow’s website subscriptions combine both.

Can unused change hours be carried forward?

No. The included change hours apply to that month and do not carry forward.

Does the monthly fee buy ownership of the website?

No. The website remains MakeMorrow’s property during the subscription. Buying it out is a separate purchase at the one-off price of the same package.
